Our primary focus

We are a recruitment sales partner first

Our methodology, our signal stack, and our qualification process were designed around how specialist recruitment firms win employer clients. That focus is deliberate and it is not changing.

We work with a small number of clients outside recruitment. Not because we are diversifying , because occasionally a business lands on this page that has the right conditions for the model to work, and turning them away would be the wrong call for both sides.

High-value deals

Your average deal size needs to make 10% commission meaningful for both sides. Below a certain threshold the economics do not work. We assess this on the call.

Relationship-driven sales

Your buyers make decisions based on trust and fit, not just price or features. Cold outreach that opens a door leads to a real conversation, not a lost tender.

Observable buying signals

We can identify when your target clients are in active buying mode through public signals , hiring activity, expansion triggers, leadership changes, or similar events.

Capacity to close

You have people on your team who can follow up a warm introduction and move it to a signed deal. We book the meeting. You need to be able to close it.

Clear attribution

When a deal closes, there is no ambiguity about whether our outbound sourced it. The simpler your sales process, the cleaner the attribution and the smoother the commission calculation.

Meeting all five does not guarantee a fit. We evaluate every non-recruitment prospect on the discovery call and will tell you directly if we think the model will not work for your business.

Your buyers cannot be reached through email outbound , procurement portals, long tender processes, or heavily gated decision makers
There are no observable signals that indicate buying intent in your market
Attribution is complex , long committees, unclear decision chains, or deals that take years to close
You need results in under a week , signal-based outbound takes time to compound

If it is a fit, we move fast

Setup takes days not weeks. Infrastructure goes live, signal monitoring starts, and outreach begins as soon as the first signals fire. Commission only from there.

If it is not a fit, we tell you why

We would rather give you a clear no on the call than take your setup fee and underdeliver. If the model is not right for your business, we will say so and explain the reason.
