How does commission-only BD work?

We run outbound on your behalf at no monthly cost. We identify companies showing active hiring signals, send targeted outreach from your branded domain, and book qualified meetings. When your consultant closes a placement from a lead we sourced, we take 10% of the fee. Nothing before that.

Is there a monthly retainer?

No. There is a minimal one-time setup fee to build your dedicated infrastructure. It is fully deductible from your first commission payout, so you recover it the moment the first placement closes. We cover the exact amount on the discovery call.

How long until we see results?

Outbound to placement typically runs 60 to 120 days. We set this expectation before signing. The 12-month partnership exists because value compounds , meetings in months one to three, placements converting from month three, growing pipeline from month six onward.

How do you prove which placements came from you?

Every conversation we generate is tracked from the first outbound touch. All meetings are recorded. Our contract has clear attribution language covering introductions made during the partnership plus a post-termination window. No ambiguity on sourcing.
