The Thincture team

Real people. Real office.
A real door you can knock on.

Cabin S98. Knock twice.

Plenty of outbound agencies are a logo, a booking link and a laptop somewhere sunny. We are a small team with an office in Kottayam, Kerala, India, and the people responsible for your campaign sit right here.

Our story

Born in Dubai. Based in Kerala. Working for the world.

Short version: we moved, the clients stayed.

  1. 2023

    Born in Dubai

Thincture started life in Dubai, building outbound for clients abroad from day one.

    Big skyline. Bigger ambitions.

  2. 2025

    Moved base to Kerala

We moved our base to Kottayam in Kerala, India, and kept every client relationship international.

    Swapped skyscrapers for coconut trees.

  3. Today

A sales partner for recruitment firms

An office in Kottayam, recruitment as our specialism, and clients across the UK, EU, US, Australia and MENA.

Same ambition, now with a door you can knock on.

Fun fact

We have zero clients in India. Every firm we work with is outside India, so we plan our days around their time zones.

The team

The people behind your campaigns.

Small team, no layers. The people you meet on the first call are the people responsible for your campaign.

The whole core team. No org chart required.

Sanjay. Asks about your average fee in the first five minutes.

Sanjay John Eapen

Sanjay sets strategy, leads the commercial side and runs the first call with every new client. Thincture wins its own clients the same way it wins yours, through targeted outbound, so he built and tested the engine on us before offering it to anyone else.

Krish B

Krish co-founded Thincture and stays out of the day to day. What he backs is the idea the whole business is built on: our fees should follow the value we deliver for recruitment firms.

Ansu Sara Oommen, Head of Operations at Thincture
Ansu. Keeps the trains on time.
Head of Operations

Ansu Sara Oommen

Ansu runs delivery: campaign launches, reply handling, onboarding and client reporting. If a qualified call lands in your calendar on time, she made sure of it. She is also the reason deadlines here are actual deadlines.

The office

Yes, we have an office. Here is the evidence.

We work from an office in Kottayam. It has a door, a window blind and an air conditioner working very hard. Our active leadership works from here, backed by a trusted network of specialist contractors.

God's own country

Letters, latex and lakes.

Kerala calls itself God's own country. Kottayam, where our office is, is known for letters, latex and lakes: it was the first town in India declared fully literate, it sits in the heart of rubber country, and Vembanad, India's longest lake, is next door.

Rubber country. Kottayam's best-known export. We're working on being the second.
Why it matters to you

When we say people run your campaign, we mean these people.

The bit that actually matters.

The same faces after you sign

You deal with the same people from the first call onwards: Sanjay on strategy, Ansu on delivery. No hand-off to a stranger.

Replies read by humans, here

Every reply to your campaign is read and handled by our leadership team in this office, the same people you met on the first call.
